“Since 1938 your master business in Aachen for roof, wall and waterproofing technology.” Leymann GmbH at Nerscheider Weg 74 in Aachen-Oberforstbach is run by master roofer and master plumber Ursula Gelück-Leymann and master roofer Andreas Nobis. The business is a member of the roofers' guild; master roofer Wilhelm Leymann also works in the team as a building energy consultant (HWK).
Leymann handles pitched and flat roofs, waterproofing, loft conversions, green roofs, facades, carpentry, sheet-metal and plumbing work in zinc, copper and other metals, as well as roof maintenance and solar technology, and also rents out its own crane. Heritage work is a focus: “As specialist roofers we know what matters when preserving historic building fabric.” References include the parish church in Bütgenbach, the Postwagen at Aachen's town hall and the historic town hall in Stolberg. “On request we issue an energy performance certificate after the work is completed – another service that sets our roofing business in Aachen apart.”
