You can register your business for free under "List your business". Simply fill in the form with your business details and, after a short check, your listing will be activated. You can then start collecting reviews right away.

How do I receive the "Die Besten" award?

The "Die Besten" award is given annually to the top 10 businesses in each category and city. To be considered, you need at least 50 verified reviews with an average rating of at least 4.5 stars.

Can I have negative reviews removed?

Negative reviews can only be removed if they violate our guidelines (e.g. insults, false statements of fact). Constructive criticism is not removed. As a business, you can respond publicly to every review.
