“Welcome to our unique event venue right in the middle of the Burtscheid spa park.” The Park-Terrassen at Dammstraße 40 – recognisable by the “Kurpark-Terrassen” sign on the building – are run by Park-Terrassen E&R GmbH & Co. KG with managing director Marina Lutterbach. Celebrations take place in the Saal Burtscheid, the glass hall, the Bistrot and on the sun terrace: the large hall holds up to 300 guests, the small one up to 150, and both together up to 500.
The venue hosts weddings, birthdays, communions, family, club and company parties, conferences and seminars, and the rooms are also hired out for concerts, parties and carnival sessions. “In our glass hall you feel as if you're celebrating outdoors, in any weather – sheltered yet surrounded by greenery.” Everything is cooked in-house: “We prepare generous buffets ourselves on site; we still cook everything ourselves and even make our own sauces.” The restaurant with its sun terrace is open Wednesday to Friday from 3 pm and at weekends from 10 am.
