“Recognising details, celebrating the small within the big, convincing as a whole” – under this motto VEVENTIS at Alter Schlachthof 3 in Aachen plans parties and events. VEVENTIS GmbH & Co. KG is run by Susanne Nagel and Katharina Zouaiter: “It all started with organising celebrations and events for friends and acquaintances. With the founding of VEVENTIS, this hobby became a profession.”
The team organises weddings, company parties, incentives and team events, private parties, trade fairs, conferences, congresses and workshops – “from small private gatherings to company parties with 2,000 guests”. This includes finding venues, decoration, catering, staff, entertainment and a cocktail bar. Cooking events and workshops take place in its own VEVENTIS Loft: “The combination of the building's historic charm and modern interior makes this event space the ideal place for stimulating conversations, insightful workshops and memorable moments.” VEVENTIS also arranges partner venues such as forum M and Gut Obermühle.
