Emrich Wangler Herrmann – EWH for short – brings tax advice, legal advice and auditing together under one roof at Wendelbergstraße 4: “We combine tax advice, legal advice and auditing into holistic advice.” The professional partnership is supported by four partners: tax advisor Marco Emrich, certified specialist in business succession and with the firm for more than 25 years, lawyer Michael Wangler, specialist lawyer for employment law and for tax law, auditor and tax advisor Sebastian Herrmann, and lawyer Christian Haas, specialist lawyer for employment law. With 50 people, eleven of them qualified professionals, at its Aschaffenburg and Lohr am Main offices, EWH looks back on around 30 years of experience – “Grown from experience. Geared to the future.”
In tax advice the range extends from financial and payroll accounting, annual accounts and tax returns through tax planning, investment and financing advice to start-ups, restructuring, succession and asset transfers. The lawyers advise on company and employment law, draft and review contracts and represent clients both out of court and in court. The audit practice handles statutory and voluntary audits of annual and consolidated accounts, company valuations, due diligence and expert opinions: “We don’t just check figures, we question structures and make risks visible.” Collaboration runs digitally via DATEV Unternehmen online, Arbeitnehmer online and Microsoft Teams.
