Das Fischhaus Oeynhausen ist ein traditionelles Fischrestaurant, das seit über 50 Jahren in Bad Oeynhausen beheimatet ist. Das Familienunternehmen wurde 1968 von Erich und Helga Müller gegründet und wird heute von deren Sohn Michael in zweiter Generation geführt.
Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an frischen Fischgerichten, von klassischen Fischgerichten wie Scholle Finkenwerder Art oder Matjesfilet mit Bratkartoffeln bis hin zu modernen Kreationen wie Lachsfilet auf Blattspinat. Besonders beliebt sind auch die hausgemachten Fischsuppen und Fischvorspeisen. Für die Zubereitung der Speisen verwenden die Köche ausschließlich hochwertige Zutaten von lokalen Lieferanten.
Das Fischhaus Oeynhausen befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Innenstadt von Bad Oeynhausen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kurpark und den Geschäften der Fußgängerzone entfernt.
