Ich freue mich immer sehr auf das wöchentliche Training. Noch mehr freut mich, dass nach ca. 6 Wochen bereits meine Rücken- und die Sehnenbeschwerden im rechten Arm verschwunden sind. Das Training strengt an, aber danach fühle ich mich gut und energiegeladen. Danke an das freundliche Team und ich würde Euch jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
