Fitness First Marl ist eines der größten und modernsten Fitnessstudios in der Region. Seit über 20 Jahren bietet es den Einwohnern von Marl und Umgebung ein umfangreiches Trainingsangebot auf über 2.500 Quadratmetern. Das Studio wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und mit neuester Ausstattung ausgestattet, um den Ansprüchen der Mitglieder gerecht zu werden.
Neben einem großzügigen Cardio- und Krafttrainingbereich finden Mitglieder hier auch einen Functional-Training-Bereich, einen Kursraum für Yoga, Pilates und andere Gruppenkurse sowie einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna. Das Trainerteam ist hochqualifiziert und bietet individuelle Betreuung und Trainingsplanerstellung an.
Das Fitness First Marl liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, direkt an der Bergstraße. Es ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und verfügt über einen großen, kostenfreien Parkplatz für Besucher. Öffnungszeiten sind von Montag bis Samstag von 6 bis 22 Uhr, sonntags von 9 bis 20 Uhr.
