Der Foodtruck Memmingen ist eine feste Größe auf dem Memminger Wochenmarkt und bei lokalen Veranstaltungen. Seit über 10 Jahren bietet er seinen Gästen eine Auswahl an leckeren, frisch zubereiteten Gerichten aus der regionalen Küche. Das Familienunternehmen wurde von Oma Hilde 1985 gegründet und wird heute von ihrer Enkelin Katharina mit viel Leidenschaft und Kreativität weitergeführt.
Auf der Speisekarte finden sich Klassiker wie Allgäuer Käsespätzle, Currywurst und Flammkuchen, aber auch saisonale Spezialitäten wie Kürbissuppe im Herbst oder Grillhaxe im Sommer. Alle Zutaten stammen aus der Region und werden frisch vor Ort zubereitet. Das macht den Foodtruck bei Einheimischen und Touristen gleichermaßen beliebt.
Der Foodtruck ist jeden Mittwoch und Samstag von 8 bis 14 Uhr auf dem Memminger Wochenmarkt in der Allgäuer Straße 12 zu finden. Bei Veranstaltungen wie dem Memminger Stadtfest oder dem Christkindlesmarkt ist er ebenfalls mit von der Partie. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung.
