ASHAMAL-Naturkosmetik Potsdam

Time out for body and mind – Holistic TCM & Tuina massages in Potsdam

Welcome to Ashamal, your studio for natural cosmetics and traditional wellness concepts in the heart of Potsdam. When everyday life becomes hectic and muscles rebel, body and mind yearn for genuine, deep regeneration. Our specialized massages offer you far more than classic wellness: We combine the millennia-old wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with modern mindfulness to allow your life energy to flow freely again.

The art of Tuina massage: Activate your life force

The focus of our massage services is on traditional Chinese Tuina therapy. In this holistic method, we work specifically along the meridians (energy pathways) of your body. Through a flowing combination of pressure, friction, and stretching techniques – often complemented by precise acupressure – we address tension at its root cause.

A Tuina massage at Ashamal can help you with this:

Effectively releasing deep-seated blockages and muscle tension
To harmonize the flow of life energy (Qi) and blood circulation.
To reduce stress, calm the nervous system and recharge your batteries
To sustainably activate the body's own self-healing powers
Tailored to your individual needs

Every person and every body is unique. That's why we take the time before each treatment to address your current needs. Whether it's an intensive partial body massage for the heavily strained back and neck area, a relaxing foot massage, or a regenerative full-body treatment – you decide where the focus lies.

For ultimate well-being, your massage can be perfectly combined with our natural cosmetic treatments. High-quality, natural oils and essences nourish your skin while your senses find peace.
