Neben den regulären Kursen gibt es spezielle Angebote wie Meditation, Yoga für Schwangere und Yoga für Senioren. Das Team legt großen Wert auf eine persönliche Betreuung und individuelle Anpassung der Übungen an die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer.
Das Studio befindet sich mitten in der Rostocker Innenstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es verfügt über helle und geräumige Yogaräume sowie Umkleiden und Duschen. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden.
