Das Schloss Hohenzollern ist eine der bekanntesten Burgen Deutschlands und Stammsitz des Hauses Hohenzollern. Die Burg thront auf einem 855 Meter hohen Berg und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Schwäbische Alb. Erbaut wurde sie im 11. Jahrhundert und im 19. Jahrhundert im neugotischen Stil umfassend renoviert.
Besucher können die prachtvollen Innenräume, die Schatzkammer und die Burgkapelle besichtigen. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Museum, in dem die Geschichte der Hohenzollern-Dynastie präsentiert wird. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich zudem ein Gasthaus und ein Souvenirshop.
Das Schloss Hohenzollern ist ganzjährig geöffnet und gut mit dem Auto oder der Zahnradbahn erreichbar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, und es gibt auch einen Shuttle-Service vom Parkplatz zur Burg.
