Die Stadtteile Velbert sind eine Initiative, die sich der Förderung und Entwicklung der verschiedenen Stadtgebiete von Velbert widmet. Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2005 arbeitet die Organisation daran, das Gemeinschaftsgefühl und den Zusammenhalt innerhalb der Stadtteile zu stärken.

Dazu gehören Stadtteilfeste, Nachbarschaftshilfe-Projekte, Seniorenangebote und Kinderbetreuung. Die Büros der Stadtteile Velbert befinden sich zentral in der Friedrichstraße 14. Von hier aus koordinieren die Mitarbeiter die Aktivitäten und stehen den Bürgern als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut, da sich die Räumlichkeiten in der Nähe des Velberter Bahnhofs befinden.
