Lukas Prumbach Ernährungsberatung

“Our philosophy is not to teach rigid rules and regulations, but to encourage an individual and sustainable approach to nutrition.” The Lukas Prumbach Ernährungsberatung practice is now located at Schaufenberger Straße 61 in Alsdorf (first floor). Owner Lukas Prumbach is a nutrition scientist (B.Sc. in Ecotrophology) and DGE-certified nutrition counsellor; the team includes nutrition scientist Hanna Wirtz (Dipl.), also a DGE-certified counsellor.

Services include preventive one-to-one nutrition counselling – on site or online –, nutrition therapy on medical referral, advice on children's and family nutrition, and workplace health programmes with talks, workshops and health days. “We believe that everyone is free to decide for themselves what they eat, and that it is more important to build a healthy relationship with food.” And with a wink: “The only time you'll see a wagging finger here is when someone hasn't had enough to eat – which very rarely happens!” According to the website, the practice is currently (as of August 2026) not taking on new clients.
