“Music is the art form that connects the most people.” At the Musikschule Harald Königs at Liebigstraße 18 in Aachen, Harald Königs teaches; he studied flute at the Folkwang University in Essen and, according to the website, has worked in Aachen as a music teacher with his own music school since 1993. “Individual learning is a priority here. We pick you up where you are.”
He teaches flute up to the bass flute, saxophones from sopranino to bass and clarinet – for children, teenagers, adults and returners, in one-to-one lessons and also online; there are also workshops, a woodwind orchestra and ensembles, student concerts and preparation for wind-music exams. “The magic in music happens outside our comfort zone.”
