HG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH at Frohsinnstraße 15 was founded in 2011 as the general partner company of Helmut Göhler Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. Since January 2023 tax advisor Patrick Nüßler has managed the company, while the former managing director has stayed on as an authorised officer. Today HG is part of the “AB/TAX Steuerberatung” office group: “With three practices under one roof we offer comprehensive advice in Aschaffenburg for companies, the self-employed and private individuals.”
The joint team of several tax advisors covers the full range: income, trade and VAT returns, financial accounting with management reports via DATEV, payroll, annual accounts as cash-basis statements or HGB balance sheets, start-ups, tax planning and business succession, valuation of companies and land, expert opinions, wealth planning and support with tax audits and appeal proceedings. “From basic bookkeeping tasks right up to protecting your legal interests in disputes with the tax authorities, you can rely on our full commitment”, the website promises.
