Der Salzgitter Aussichtsturm ist ein 47 Meter hoher Stahlbetonturm, der 1963 erbaut wurde. Er bietet einen einzigartigen Panoramablick über die Stadt Salzgitter und die umliegende Landschaft. Der Turm ist ein Wahrzeichen der Stadt und ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Einheimische und Touristen.
Auf der Aussichtsplattform in 40 Metern Höhe können Besucher die Industrieanlagen der Salzgitter AG, die Stahlwerke und die Landschaft des Salzgittergebirges bewundern. Im Turm selbst gibt es ein kleines Museum, das die Geschichte des Stahlstandorts Salzgitter dokumentiert.
Der Aussichtsturm ist ganzjährig geöffnet und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Aufzug für barrierefreien Zugang zur Aussichtsplattform. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
